Kai Liiva

As ASI's legal counsel, Kai is responsible for all legal work: negotiations with prospective investments, due diligence, corporate matters, and any legal issues that our portfolio companies encounter.

Before joining ASI, Kai worked as an attorney at the Estonian law firm Raidla & Partners, where she specialized in corporate and securities law, and mergers and acquisitions.

Kai is a graduate of Columbia Law School in New York and the Institute of Law, Tallinn. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
